Ingredients
- Yukon gold potatoes
Seasonings
- Garlic powder or garlic salt
- Onion powder
- Paprika
- Salt and pepper
Steps
- Cut potatoes into small cubes. Peeling skin is optional
- Put potatoes into a pot of salted water and bring to a boil
- Melt butter with olive oil in pan with medium heat
- When potatoes are soft, drain from water and add to pan
- Toss potatoes into butter oil mixture and let them sit without touching to ensure that one side will be crispy
- Add seasonings
- Now it's done! Serve with bacon and eggs.
